He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Bell and Dorothy Bell (Leininger); his brother Larry Bell; and his grandchildren, Justice Chapa and Ryleigh Wood.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Bell, Shanelle Bell, Tabitha Bell Wood and Christina Bell. He is also survived by grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
