With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lulfs of Swanton, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on September 15, 2020 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Lulfs to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Lulfs and Marie Lulfs (Delventhal); his former wife Shirley Salisburey; and his siblings, Harry, Donald, James Lulfs, Alice Schmidt and Rose Pernia.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lulfs (Fry); his son Bruce Lulfs (Cassandra) of Onsted, Michigan; his grandchildren, Lacey Warner (Craig), Rebecca Lulfs and Rachel Lulfs; and his great grandchild Noah Warner. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren and 11 step great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Shiloh Christian Union Church, Building Fund, 2100 Co Rd 5, Delta, Ohio 43515 in Richard's memory.

“My parents built a lovely home right next door to Richard and Shirley. They were great friends. Richard helped my father so often and was such an incredibly kind hearted man! He and my father even put in our pond together and also raised a windmill with each of their last names on it. I have video of that. I will always remember Richards kind heart and big smile.”
