He was predeceased by: his parents, Warden Notestine and Rachel Notestine (Travis); his wife BettyLee; his daughter Tonya Dominique; and his grandson Brock Joseph Heenan.
He is survived by: his children, Norene Smith and Richard Notestine (Lauren); his son-in-law Glen Dominique Jr.; his stepson Charles Jester (Libbie); his grandsons, Bryan Heenan, Alec Heenan and Nicholas Dominique; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Jester and Shannon Jester.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the East Swanton Cemetery (3115 Scott Rd, Swanton, OH 43558).
