It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Renate Fackovec Gillen (Swanton, Ohio), who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Anna Schuster; her stepfather George Schuster; her brothers, Wolfgang Schuster and Reindhard Schuster; and her nephew Oliver Swen Schuster of Germany.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Gillen of Delta; her sister Ingrid Schuster; her nieces, Nicole Sinesi and Sina Schuster of Germany; her daughters, Shelly (Alan Tate), Dawn (Josh Ruffer) and Jennifer (Fred Shank); her grandchildren, Brittany, Jeffrey, Nicolas, Matthew, Derek, Skyler and Bradyn; and her great grandchildren, Roman, Rozlynn and Remington.
