She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Walsh and Norma B. Walsh (Monnette); her husband Richard S. Slawinski; her son Kenneth Slawinski; her son-in-law Hal Stine; her siblings, Clarence Walsh, Winifred Bondy, LaDonna Jakcsy, Jane Reed and Virginia Hawes; and her granddaughter-in-law Lori Slawinski.
She is survived by: her children, Richard P. Slawinski (Virginia) of Richfield Center, Thomas Slawinski (Eloise) of Assumption, OH, Donald Slawinski (Bonnie) of Thornton, CO, Steven Slawinski (Sue) of Swanton, OH, William Slawinski (Patricia) of Perrysburg, OH, Joseph Slawinski (Wendy) of Swanton, OH and Mary Jeanne Stine of Delta, OH; and her daughter-in-law Mindi Slawinski of Napoleon, OH. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
