He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivo "Ike" Noe and Irene Noe (Reiter). He is survived by: his siblings, Judith Millin of Marietta and Mark Noe; his children, Barbara Crites (Brian), David Noe (Melissa) and Jeffrey Noe (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Taylor, Hannah, Izabella, Anthony, Sebastian and Sawyer.
