She was predeceased by: her father Henry Carman; her husband Roy Taylor; her mother Helen Carman-Box (Alder); and her sisters, Lucille Woodling and Anna Niceley-Tanner.

She is survived by: her children, Robin (Kathy), Gerald (Barbara), Lyle (Deanne) and Carmen Hawkins; her grandchildren, Heather Hawkins, Leah Brewster (John) and Kristopher Hawkins; her stepgrandson Cory Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Hawkins, Kendall Scott, Rafe and Chiara Brewster.
