It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Yoder of Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis D. Meyers and Anna Musser; and her siblings, George Meyers and Julia Scherzer. She is survived by: her husband Lester Yoder; her children, Jeff Yoder (Susan), Jake Yoder (Rita), Jay Yoder (Michelle) and Marcy Keefer (Todd); her grandchildren, Mandy Konecki (Keith), Beth May (Scott), Stephanie Simpson (Wade), Monica Rhodes (Josh), Micaela Yoder, Riley Yoder, Matthew Zahner, Natalie Yoder, Lauren Woodring and Kendra Keefer; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Paesyn, Brystol, Kylie, Kenzy, Kaitlyn, Karson, Weston, Jenson, Jaxon and Tinley; and her brother Paul Meyers (Robin).
Marti was one strong lady … strong enough to beat Covid; strong enough to fight dementia by remembering her family all the way to the end, strong enough to handle 3 sons very close in age & 1 spoiled daughter that followed, and strong enough to take a chicken from the coop to the dinner table.
