He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Augustyniak and Sophia Augustyniak (Olwick); his wife Joyce Kittel; his son Donald Augustyniak; and his siblings, Martha Jankowski and Raymond Augustyniak.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Schwind (Joe); his great grandchildren, Abbigail Augustyniak, Brennen Simpson, Aiden Vollmar and Carver Simpson; his brother Richard Augustyniak; and his sister-in-law Christine Wein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
