He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wallace and Lillian Wallace (Cartwright); his son Joseph Louis Wallace; his grandson Stephen Wallace; and his brother Norris "Wally" Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wallace; his children, Jerry Wallace, Terry Wallace, Gary Wallace (Lori), Janet King (Larry), Dan Wirick (Leigh Ann), Jim Wirick (Wendy) and Matt Wirick (Tracy); and his sister Karen Miller (Ed). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great great grandson.
