He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard and Marion Pauline Kellogg (Newburg); and his brother Richard Kellogg. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Seeman; his sons, Jeffrey Kellogg (Stefanie) and Justin Kellogg (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Madison Cieply (Darren), Kyle Kellogg, Noah Kellogg, El Kellogg, Ayla Kellogg and Abby Kellogg; his great grandchildren, Lily, Gwen and Marion Cieply; his sisters, Kathy Young (Dick), Joey Russell (Skip) and Sue Lenton (Jim); and his sister-in-law Marguerite Kellogg.
