He was predeceased by: his father Herman Dewey Lee; and his sister Regina Fay Lee. He is survived by: his mother Carley Jo Lee (Jarvis); his siblings, Peggy Ruetz (Mark) and Dewey Scott Lee (Mary); his nieces, Aaryn Currier, Karley Smith (Jake), Tracy Osborne (Daniel) and Amanda Estes (Greg); his great-niece Hannah (Will); his great-nephew Noah; and also, Evelynn, Kendall and Kayden.
