He is survived by: his wife Sondra; his children, Deborah McCloskey (Marty) of Temperance, MI, Robert Phillips of Los Angeles, CA, Mark Phillips (Carol) of Mansfield, Loren Phillips and Annette Wittscheck of Swanton; his grandchildren, Alan, Philip (Ian McCloskey), Wendy Ball, Andi Hawn, Michelle Erich, Victor Phillips and Bentley Hicks-Phillips; and his siblings, Jean Hattabaugh (Joe) and John Phillips (Tammy). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
