He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Bolyard and Nora Bolyard; his siblings, Jane, Minnie, Daisy, Frank and Barney; and his daughter Kathy.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Poturalski; his sister Agnes; and his children, Mary Symington (Brad), Fred Jr. Bolyard (Dawn), Nora Ludwig (late Rodney), Phil Bolyard (Vicki) and John Bolyard (Kim). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
The family is requesting donations to be made to Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice.
