He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Walsh and Mary Walsh (Wimmer); his wife Janet Marie Dominique; and his brother-in-law Mark Baker. He is survived by: his sons, Justin and Daniel Walsh; his stepson Charlie Rittinghouse; his siblings, James Walsh (Maryann), Cathy Baker, Richard Walsh (Mat Lehr), Molly Brown (Hal) and Peggy Walsh; his uncle Raymond; and his aunt Nancy Wimmer. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Toledo Metroparks or St. Richard Church.
