He is survived by: his children, Gary Forrest (Sue) of Swanton, OH and Diane Forrest of Niles, MI; his grandchildren, Jamie Forrest, Jenelle Stevens (Wes), Christy Layman (Michael), Carly Cornett, Kyle Forrest (Caytie), Raelynn Ponticelli and Ryan Howard (Alma); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Taylor Forrest, Brodie, Kinsey, Gabe Stevens, Ayden, Lola Jimenez, Eliana Cornett, Abrielle, Daniella, Maria Howard, Caleb, Grace, Ethan, Hannah, Zachariah Layman, Bentlee, Aubree Forrest, Kennedy and Logan Ponticelli. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
