He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B McQuade Sr. and Mildred McQuade (Sendelbach); and his brother Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Gloria McQuade (Cole); his children, Timothy McQuade (Lori), Shannon McQuade-Lafkas (Trey), Corey McQuade (Jenny) and Chad McQuade (Erin); his brothers, Richard B. McQuade Jr. (Jane), Matthew McQuade (Colleen), Kevin McQuade and Colin McQuade (Gayle); and his grandchildren, Allie Boring (Andrew), Luke McQuade (Leyna), Leah McQuade, Daniel Lafkas, Clare McQuade, Joseph Lafkas, Christian McQuade, Landon McQuade, Cole McQuade, Nicholas Lafkas, Grayson McQuade, Anna Lafkas, Emmet McQuade and Kamden McQuade.
