He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Ann Christen Sheperd; his wife Mary Ellen; his sister Joyce Fouts; and his nephews, Jonathon Sheperd and Jamie Sheperd.
He is survived by: his father Clyde Roscoe Sr.; his children, Shelly Jackson (Ray), Rob Mitchell (Shelly), Cyndy Ulreich (Joey), Pam Braley (Brian) and Sally Ludeman (Ken, Jr.); his brothers, Bill Sheperd (Candy), Dan Sheperd (Janice), John Sheperd (Laura) and Wayne Sheperd (Shirley); his sisters-in-law, Sandra Tinkle (Wayne), Gloria Sigurdson (Gary) and Laura Ellinwood; and his pets, Tinker and Lilly. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
