Charles M. Hazlett Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles M. Hazlett of Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hazlett and Naomi Hazlett (Mullins); his grandson Coty Pinter; and his brothers, Pete Johnson, Dave Baer, Sam Hazlett, Tom Hazlett, Bob Johnson and Donald Hazlett.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hogrefe; his children, Jim Chambers (Linda), LeAnn K. Hazlett and Jerry Hazlett; his grandchildren, Meaghan Chambers, Courtney Henman (Craig) and Aaron Hazlett; his great grandchild Barrett Henman; and his sister Linda Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
