It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ariel Elizabeth Tonkel of Swanton, Ohio, born in Sylvania, Ohio, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Frank Tonkel and Sergio Ortiz. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Tonkel and Melissa Mulligan (Ortiz); her brother Ethan Tonkel; and her grandmothers, Elizabeth Tonkel and Anita Ortiz. She is also survived by Aunt, Uncle and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Dedicate this donation in honor or in memory of someone.
