Almer R. Vaughn Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Almer R. Vaughn of Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Vaughn and Curtis Vaughn; and his siblings, Willard Vaughn, Billy Vaughn, Sheridan Vaughn, Anna Collins, Gwen Loftis and Betty Eads.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne (Zeller); his children, Debra Chamberlain (Rex), David (Betsy), Alan (Wendy), Steven (Meg) and Mark Vaughn (Kristy); and his siblings, Fern Campbell, Bonnie Bartlett, Donny Vaughn, Maxine Hite and Wilma Swank. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or American Legion of Luckey, Ohio.
