He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Sprau (Mike) of Rocky River and William Kizer, III of Lakewood; his grandchildren, Caitlin Ciulla (Frank), Brittany Russell (Nick) and Bradley Sprau (Hannah); and his great grandchild Reagan "Lou".
