She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond Bland Jr.; her children, Bret Bland (Sherry) and Brenda Ucker; her sister Carol Riffland (Art); her grandchildren, David Ucker, Ryan Ucker, Bart Bland (Brooke), Brittany Arnold (David) and Brianne Young (Kent); her son Bart Bland; her parents, John Reece and Marcella Reece; her sister Judy Stivers; and her son-in-law Mike Ucker. She was also cherished by grandkids, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Ginny's final act of grace and charity on this earth was giving the gift of sight to those in need when she opted to donate her corneas through Lifeline of Ohio.
