It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernice Evelyn Sparks of Sunbury, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Sparks; her son Bennie L. Sparks; her parents, Fred Sharp and Dessie Sharp (Gallogly); and her siblings, Viola Carpenter (Wendel), Alma Jean Howard (Junior), Nancy King (James), Charlene Pruett (Ed), Bob, Melvin and Don Sharp (Luanna).
She is survived by: her son Michael E.; her daughter-in-law Janice Sparks of Whitehouse, OH; her grandsons, Jarrid, Jeremy (Kristie) and Jason Sparks (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Ryker, Parker, Everly, Callie and Brie; and her nieces and nephews, Phyllis Booten and Vernice.
