We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Phyllis Ann Bellar of Sunbury, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Ullom and Flora Ullom (Davis); her former husbands, Don Campbell and Dennis McComas; and her siblings, Tom Ullom, Roberta Lawson and Shirley Stuart.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald D. Bellar; her children, Tanya L. Foulk (Kevin) of Prospect, Erick V. Campbell (Donna) of Ashley and Nathan L. Campbell (Alison) of Prospect; her stepdaughters, Deanna Delara (Greg) of Jacksonville and Tammy Bellar of Westerville; and her siblings, Martha McBride of Marysville and Bill Ullom (Brenda) of Westerville.
