She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fogarish and Anna Maksim Fogarish; her husband Steve; her daughter-in-law Carla Carmendy Medovich; and her siblings, Martha Voytilla, Pauline Till, Nancy Kuhn, Anna Stanko, Helen Shirilla and George Fogarish.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Medovich (Tammy) of Galena, Janice Hopen (Robert) of Summit and Stephen Medovich (Delayne) of Youngstown, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Stephanie McNamee (Brice), Rachel Medovich (Jeremy Church), Andrew Hopen (Stephanie Roff), Philip Hopen, Tyler Medovich (Abbie), Zachary Medovich (Emily Delmont) and Jonathon Medovich (Michelina). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
