He was predeceased by: his father Richard Smalley. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Smalley (Hoggatt); his children, Kristin Netting (Jeremy), Kimberly Barker (Paul), Kurt Smalley (Becca) and Kari Rogers (Aaron); his mother Shirley Smalley; his siblings, Lorrie Cunningham (Ron) and Jeff Smalley (Kathy); and his parents-in-law, Charles Hoggatt and Phyllis Hoggatt. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
