He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John R. Skoy and Katherine Van Skoy; and his siblings, Joseph R. Van Skoy, Mary Kay Bernans of Columbus, Ohio. and Kathleen Metzger (Greg) of Columbus, Ohio.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
