He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Kohn and Marion B. Kohn (Murphy); his son-in-law Tom Uncapher; and his sister Maryanne VanDyke. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Lynch); his children, Shawn Kohn, Heather Uncapher and Amanda Dickson (Christoper); his siblings, Billy Kohn, Jimmy Kohn (Becky), Patty Crawford (Frank) and Sandy Feldman (Fred); and his nieces, Jennifer VanDyke and Ashley VanDyke. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 OH-61, Sunbury, OH 43074). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingwood Memorial Park (8230 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035).
