He is survived by: his wife Katie; and his children, Steve (Carol) of Dublin, Melanie Florez (Henry) of Tucson, Terry Niederlander (Roy) of Galena, Jeff of Indianapolis and John (Beth) of Sunbury. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Central Ohio Symphony Orchestra.
