He is survived by: his children, Deborah Elkins of Ashley, Edward Elkins, Jr. (Kristina) of Dublin, Michael Elkins (Tina) of Sunbury, Timothy Elkins (Julie) of Delaware and Stephanie Busjahn (Brian) of Sioux Falls, S. D.; and his siblings, Donald Elkins (Shirley) of Marengo, Janis Arlene Cain (William) of Sunbury and James Elkins of Marion.
