He was predeceased by: his wife Luella M.; his parents, Londa Maddox and Mamie Maddox Myers; and his brother Eddie Maddox. He is survived by: his brother Charles Maddox (Connie) of Oil Springs, KY; his children, Donna Turk (Shalon) and Phillip Maddox; his stepchildren, Ralph Alles Jr. (Nancy), Jeffrey Alles I and Debra Roberts (Ron); his grandchildren, Kimberly Yates, Melinda Hamilton (Brian), Angela Summers, Pamela Strome (Josh), Aaron Alles (Lauren) and Jeffrey Alles II; and his great grandchildren, Ella Hamilton, Gabrielle Summers, Emily Hamilton, Thomas Alles, Clara Alles and Jackson Summers.
