He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur and Pauline Culver; and his stepfather Clark E. Wood. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Wood (Carolyn Lohr) and Carol Culver Wood (Donna); his children, Collin, Lisa Lohr, Trevin, Rachel Lohr, Sierra and Billy Purdue; and his brother Dwight (Terri Lohr). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 OH-61, Sunbury, OH 43074). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Home, DeVore Chapel (637 OH-61, Sunbury, OH 43074). The military honors was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Sunbury Memorial Park (44 W Cherry St, Sunbury, OH 43074).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial contributions in his name to Mission Fund 25 by 35, Point Harbor Church.
