He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elwood Leslie and Helen Bice (Schell); his wife Helen "Beckey" Sams; his sons, Scott Bice (Michelle) of Hilliard and Todd Bice of Sunbury; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Wright (Jeremy), Whitney Bice, Brandon Bice (Samantha), Courtney Bice and Joshua Bice; his great grandchildren, Graham and Kaden Wright; and his siblings, Greg Bice (Kathi) of Centerburg and Jackie Bice of Sunbury.
