He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Catron and Jack Catron; his wife Melody Thompson; and his sisters, Sharon Catron and Susie Ulery.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristin (Eric); his grandson Bennett; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hunter, Patty Calendine (Allen) and Mark Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
