He is survived by: his wife Deanna L. Puskas; his parents, Gwendolyn Sharp (Daniel) and John M. Puskas; his brother Barry Puskas (Lise); his stepchildren, Jeffery L., Kyle M. Drake and Lyndsey Vance; and his grandchildren, Brody, Kennadi, Jaxon and Varity. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and grandparents.
