She was predeceased by: her parent Dial Gayheart. She is survived by: her children, Randall Hackworth and Brandy Peters (Greg); her granddaughter Erin Shatzer (Thomas); her mother Marie Gayheart; her brothers, Smitty R. and Jimmy D. Gayheart; her former husband Steve Hackworth; and also, Copper and Sassy. She is also survived by aunts and uncles; a niece, nephew.
