He is survived by: his wife Tammi Kerns Tulip (Ferguson); his brother William Wagner of Cambridge; his children, Erica Kerns of Shadyside, Corinna Fleeman (James) of Lower Salem and Jayson Kerns of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Andrew Kerns (Alyssia Blake) of Reynoldsburg, Neveaha Seese, Jaylynn Crow of Shadyside, Josilyn and Mavrick Fleeman of Lower Salem; his parents-in-law, Don and Sheila Ferguson; his sister-in-law Teresa Brumfield; and his aunt Terri Pierce.
