She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clark and Zella Shaklee Clark; and her sisters, Susan, Karen and Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Daniel Bates (Molly), Rebecca Ramsey (David), Bradley Bates (Mariana), David Bates (Krista), Barbara White and Dennis Bates (LeAnn); and her siblings, Margery Hennen, Teresa Kinnan and William Clark (Mary). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
