It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Lively (Summerfield, Ohio), who passed away on June 10, 2018, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tammy L. VanFossen (Jamie) of Summerfield and John K. Lively Sr. of Summerfield; his wife Christina Markley "Chrissy" Lively; his children, Azlyn Paige Lively and Preston Scott Lively; his brother John K. Lively Jr.; his son Logan Lively; his parents-in-law, James Markley of Parkersburg, WV and Laura K. Greathouse of New Martinsville, OH; his sister-in-law Melissa Fox (Chris) of Parkersburg; his son Brayden Fox; and also, Shawn Lively (Stephanie) of Summerfield, Landon, Layken and Hadley Lively. He was also cherished by several uncles, aunts.
