He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Shorty" and Frances Radcliffe (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Roberta (Hahn); his children, Scott Radcliffe of Milton, FL, Tracy Radcliffe of Plymouth, OH and Kylene Lundell (Nathan) of Sullivan, OH; his grandchildren, Bruce, Tim, Angel, Jeffrey, Lindsey and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Zac, Bella, Jamie, Harper, T. J. and Asiaunna; and his sisters, Irene Williams of West Clarksfield, OH and Evelyn Coy (Roger) of Willard, OH..

Guest attending are asked to wear a mask and practice all social distancing guidelines.
