It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lyle Hoffman in Sullivan, Ohio, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Moran); his son Bob; and his siblings, Elwood, Wayne and Kathleen.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Weyer; his son Mark (Abbey) of Ashland; and his grandsons, Owen and Aiden of Ashland.
Due to COVID-19, a private graveside service will be held on Monday, February 15, 2021, at 11:00 am at Huntington Township Cemetery, Huntington, Ohio. Masks and social distancing will be observed.
