He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry D. Warner Sr. and Mary Lou Warner. He is survived by: his siblings, William Brown (Ellen) of Pinehurst, NC, Christiana Rogers of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Martha Warner of Bloomington, IN and Barbara Holeda of Tallahassee, FL. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
