He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Larry and Shirley Mae Banks (Hornshy). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Banks (Feckly); his children, Richard Banks (Melissa), Randy Banks, Jamie Banks (Robert) and Katie Banks; his grandchildren, Savannah, Riley, Lincoln, Raelynn, Noah and Ashton; his pet Mya; and his sister Patti Banks. He is also survived by other siblings and many nieces and nephews.
