It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Lea Taylor of Sullivan, Ohio, born in Amma, West Virginia, who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Della McCune; her daughter Victoria; and her siblings, Clara Harold, Naomi McIntosh, Pearl Jones, Betty Hicks, Wavelean Hicks, Ruth Siders, Herbert McCune, Forrest McCune and Richard McCune.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Taylor; her sons, Jackie "Pete" Taylor of Sullivan and James "Jay" Taylor (Karen) of Ashland; her son-in-law Hugh Michailides of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Jessica Cowhick of Sullivan, Justin Taylor of Nova, Janice Taylor of Ashland, Julie Taylor of Ashland and Abbie Taylor (Jake Pondage) of Sullivan; her great grandchildren, PJ Dubena of Sullivan, Avery, Taylor Esterline of Ashland and Mephis Hazel Pondage of Sullivan; and her sister Justine "Tina" Cox (Tommy) of North Carolina.
