He was predeceased by: his father Edward Maynard; and his son Eric Maynard. He is survived by: his mother Denice Maynard; his wife Christina Maynard; his children, Aaron Yuzva (Marissa Franco) of Albany, NY and Kyle Maynard of Derby, KS; and his granddaughter Elia Yuzva.
