With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charles Michael Tener of Sullivan, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tener and Shirley Tener; his brother Dan Tener (Janet); his brother-in-law Steve Welker; his parents-in-law, Jim and Gina Wine; and his pet Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tener of Sullivan; his daughters, Becky Meziere (Drew) of Ashland and Holly Tener-Benko (Eli) of Wellington; his grandsons, Harrison, Lincoln Meziere, Cam Benko and Carter Meziere; his sister Vera Welker of Zanesville; his brothers-in-law, Jim Wine Jr. (Debbie) of Sullivan and Tim Wine (Sandy) of Sullivan; and his aunt Bev Tener of Lancaster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church of Sullivan (503 US-224, Sullivan, OH 44880).
