He was predeceased by: his father Burl Smith Jr.; his grandfather Burl Smith Sr; and his great-grandparents, James and Dorothy Hunt. He is survived by: his parent Beverly Stephens; his siblings, Curtis, Cassandra, Burl and Dillon Smith; his grandparents, Mike, Sandie Adams and Sharon Ferrell; his aunts and uncles, Michelle Orsik, Julie Stafford, Debbie Smith, Jeff, Chris and Matt Adams; and his cousins, Victoria, Abigail Trout, Jenell Martin, Andrew Smith, Tyler and Morgan Orsik.
