He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, William Tracy (Christine) of Grafton and Joseph Tracy of Medina; his siblings, Pauline Moats, John Stout (Teresa), Lesley Stout (Connie) and Susie Wilkins; and his half-brothers, Charlie and Tim McCourt.
