It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Lance of Sullivan, Ohio, born in Dry Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fountain Pettry and Flora Pettry (Farley); and her granddaughter Samantha Lance. She is survived by: her husband Harvey V. Lance, Sr.; her children, Carolyn Sullivan (Edward) of Rawlings, TN., Harvey V. Lance, Jr. (Cindy) of Sullivan, Pamela Brown (Ronnie) of West Salem, Lisa Lance (David H.) of Brookpark and Robert W. Lance (Mary) of LaGrange, Ohio; and her siblings, David Pettry of Columbus and Genevieve Kalinonski of Dry Creek. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic it is requested that everyone wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Memorials may be given to the church.
